MAM Contracting has been working over the past few years with GS Brown as the Groundworks & Landscaping Contractor to their ongoing development in Pitlochry. Pitlochry is located in historic and beautiful Perthshire and is a popular place for tourists to visit. Pitlochry is a quaint Victorian town, a good base for hillwalkers, and the town's impressive floral displays were awarded the 'Britain in Bloom' gold prize in 2007. 

GS Brown has been building high-quality homes all over Scotland for 50 years. Their primary objective is to provide excellent, comfortable homes for people whilst also providing them with an investment opportunity. GS Brown provides some additional support (such as contributions towards legal fees) to allow people to get on the property ladder and improve accessibility to homeownership. They pride themselves on their strong family values while simultaneously providing homes built to world-class standards.

This is why they enlisted the help of MAM Contracting; our services and results are in keeping with their high standards. Our team provided the foundational groundworks for properties on the brand new Pitlochry site, ensuring this project's quality from the ground up.

Our landscaping team also tended to the outside space of the development with planting, turfing and appropriate garden pathways. The cohesive and clean look we created in this development is sure to be a big selling point for the properties and has increased the curb appeal to prospective buyers.
